I am responsible for managing the Customer Care Team, ensuring that our doctors receive effective responses to their questions. Above all, we work to guarantee that their experience with Invisalign products and the support we provide is of the same great quality as our products.
One of the Customer Care Team’s biggest achievement last year was to incorporate iTero support into our existing workload in Spain. Thanks to the incredible effort of the team, time dedicated to trainings, and meticulous monitoring of each incident, we continued to support customers and to deliver the highest levels of customer support.
I love my job because in addition to helping our customers, I have the opportunity to interact with many different people, from my own team to sales people, clinical advisors, marketing and office managers, teams at the headquarters – the chance to learn new things is infinite!
