Throughout my career I've been incredibly privileged to work with a number of highly skilled and talented teams in various industries - including Manufacturing, Health and Fitness, and now, Fintech.
I've gained experience across the HR remit, but I have a particular interest and strength in the areas of Culture, Wellbeing, Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. As well as my role leading the development and execution of the full P&C strategy for our UK market, I lead a number of global projects for Openpay including our Talent and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Strategies.
I am fiercely competitive (not just about the rugby), try to practice compassion in everything that I do, and I genuinely enjoy learning and developing my own perceptions and understanding of the world.
I work hard to build strong relationships so I can successfully partner with leaders across all levels of our organisation and through my commercial focus, I am able to ensure talent initiatives support and drive business value. I am highly aspirational and am best when faced with a challenge.
