With 10,000 ERG members, 10 ERGs and several active chapters nationwide, ERGs offer employees an inclusive, supportive environment, networking opportunities, tools to promote personal and professional development and access to mentoring networks.

The Women’s Impact Network at Siemens (WIN@S) is committed to promoting the inclusion, awareness, and understanding of issues and challenges facing women within the Siemens workforce. WIN@S represents several chapters across all sectors of Siemens in the United States. It is globally accepted as a Siemens Employee Resource Group (ERG).
