About me
Elana Robertson is an international business award winner for coaching and supporting women in business. She is a developmental & performance coach, strategist and systems thinker. She works with established founders, CEOs and business leaders who have already experienced a level of success and are using business for good.
In a corporate finance and insurance career spanning more than 20+ years holding executive positions reporting to the board, owning two businesses over the last five years, Elana believes personal and business growth when combined cultivate potent conditions for not only success, also positive waves of impact in the world.
Her wide range of clients in technology, design, fashion, wellbeing, philanthropy and recycling all disrupting the status quo in their own way benefit from her decades of experience and qualifications as an internationally certified coach, executive postgraduate studies in leadership and coaching, an MBA in strategy, along with training at the renowned Institute of Coaching, attending Harvard University. In 2020 Elana began studies with the Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership also.
All of these experiences play into how Elana designs each engagement with her private clients, along with establishing insights for Foundher’s Sustainable Leadership program and workshops.
Not your average business coach or advisor, Elana’s work is deeply rooted in purpose and helping her clients to understand their real drivers. She works with clients across Australia and internationally to grow a business that not only does good, but also feels right for them, while creating a greater good. Elana’s expertise within a global network of business thought-leaders and practitioners means she is not afraid to test, challenge, experiment, and shift the boundaries of what’s possible.
