About me
Ghada Mohamed Al Rousi is a First Officer with Air Arabia. Born in the UAE, she enjoyed theme parks and a sense of adrenalin as a child. She went on to study Tourism Management in the UAE, before working for a short time in one of the UAE’s government ministries.
Having trained as a pilot at the prestigious Alpha Aviation Academy in Sharjah, UAE, Ghada graduated via the Air Arabia MPL programme three years ago. She has subsequently achieved the position of First Officer with Air Arabia, and has flown to a number of locations including Moscow, Bombay, Pakistan, Nairobi, Alexandria, Istanbul, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar.
She comes from a large Emirati family, with her brothers having jobs in the army, police and government and her sisters working in the government, finance and education. London is her favourite destination to visit, and her interests and hobbies include shopping, visiting the salon and going to watch movies at the cinema.
She drives an Audi A6, her favourite movies are Indian, American and Arab films, and her favourite food is Chinese duck salad and black pepper beef. She attributes her success to the support of both her family and the government and leaders of the UAE.
