Stacey Browning to Join Board at Leading Performance Management Company  


(NEW YORK) - Mogul, Inc. today announced that 15Five, the leading holistic performance management platform, has appointed Stacey Browning of Cincinnati, Ohio and past President of Paycor, to its Board of Directors. Browning will be the first female to serve on 15Five’s Board of Directors.   

Browning will be responsible for providing expert counsel to 15Five’s executive team regarding the organization’s growth plans, go-to-market strategy, and product engineering.

Browning brings a long history of success to the appointment. She led Paycor, the SaaS payroll/Human Capital Management company, through many consecutive quarters of high growth, navigating the business through sales, product, and geographic expansion, including client base and product acquisitions and integrations.     

In her role as Paycor’s President, Browning was known for her focus on the customer and served more than 40,000 small to medium-size businesses nationally. Additionally, she served as Paycor’s first Chief Product Officer and led enterprise-level software transformations.   

15Five, based in San Francisco, engaged Mogul’s Executive Search services to attract, source, and appoint Browning. She earned a BA in Business / Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She is active in her community, a YWCA Career Woman of Achievement, and received a 2019 Technology Visionary Award. As a Forbes HR Council member, she has been featured at Forbes.com.
