Chicago-based hotel group signs deal to use innovative talent platform from Mogul, Inc.  

 

(NEW YORK) – Mogul, Inc ., a disruptor in the HR Tech and executive recruiting industry, today announced that it has signed a deal with Aparium Hotel Group, a Chicago-based hotel group that was named to the “Top 25 Hotel Brands in the World” by Travel + Leisure.    

According to the deal, Aparium Hotel Group will use Mogul’s unique Talent Acquisition Platform to recruit diverse candidates. Mogul’s platform, powered by proprietary software filters, has disrupted the HR Technology industry by offering recruiters multiple ways to source candidates, including by gender, ethnicity, disability status, and veteran status, without limiting search results. No other talent acquisition platform offers this combination of abilities right now.   

Many employers are increasingly replacing their mainstream talent platforms with Mogul’s diversity recruiting platform, as traditional systems often limit the number of search results or have algorithms that favor non-diverse candidates.
