MOGUL, INC. PLACES MONICA LOCKETT GREEN AT BRANCH

(NEW YORK) - Mogul, Inc. today announced that it has placed Monica Lockett Green of Columbus, Ohio at Branch, a full-stack insurance company that uses data, technology, and automation to make home and auto insurance simpler to buy and less expensive.  Branch engaged Mogul’s Executive Search services to attract, source, and hire Monica Lockett Green as Director of Talent Acquisition. Mogul is a leading disruptor in the HR tech and executive search industries, offering diversity recruiting services, a talent acquisition platform, inclusive networking events, and online social communities.  

Green will play a key leadership role in partnering across the organization to oversee and manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process. Green will also handle process improvements, create metrics to manage a growing team of in-house recruiters, and help foster Branch’s ongoing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.

Before moving to Branch, Green was Director of Talent Acquisition at Aecom and has held a variety of human resources roles at Cox Enterprises, Vertafore, ABB, Schneider National, and MediaOne. She holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from American Intercontinental University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University.
