LJ Louis is the SVP, Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer at WeWork. In her role, she manages the company’s talent strategy and leads a global team responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, employer brand and talent operations. Ms. Louis established WeWork’s Office of Inclusion in 2019 and oversees the company’s Global Diversity Leadership Council and five employee resource networks.

In her previous position, Ms. Louis spent nearly four years as Vice President, Head of Global Leadership Talent at L Brands, the parent company of Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, PINK, Henri Bendel and LaSenza. Before joining L Brands in-house, she led executive searches on the company’s behalf during her tenure as a Partner at Korn Ferry. Prior to her career in human capital, Ms. Louis worked in acquisitions and asset management in the specialty finance and real estate private equity industries.

Ms. Louis serves on the Board of B6 Real Estate Advisors, the Steering Committee of EmpowHer, the Apollo Theater’s Women’s Committee and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  Ms. Louis received a master’s degree in Human Resources Management at New York University and earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and at Georgetown University.
